My story
I love the learning process because it is filled with joy, discovery, and growth. I’m happiest when I am learning and growing or when I’m witnessing others learn and grow.
My entire career has revolved around teaching others. I have taught piano, group exercise, reading, writing, math, storytelling, juggling, and more. My most fun job was coaching collegiate cross country and track.
As a teacher and coach, I saw the power of how we tell our stories. A story told one way would become a huge roadblock to a goal; that same story told another way would pave the path to success.
How we tell our stories matters!!! This fact is the inspiration for my current mission - to tell my stories in ways that honor me and to help others tell their stories in ways that honor them.
What is a Shamrock Story?
The three leaves of a shamrock represent the past, present, and future. A Shamrock Story is a story that is intentionally told in a way that honors both our past and present selves, which helps us align with the future selves we hope to become.
I have turned many of the stories of my life into Shamrock Stories because I know how I tell my stories greatly influences how I feel about myself and my life. I would love to help you tell your stories in ways that honor you
